Nisha, a 62 -year -old homemaker from Mumbai, was allegedly battling a terminal disease and directed her bank to transfer all her property to the actor.
The police shared the news with Sanjay Dutt, who left him. Despite the grand gesture, Sanjay Dutt chose not to accept the property.
He expressed gratitude but clarified that he did not know Nisha Patil personally. His lawyer confirmed that the actor had no intention of claiming assets worth Rs 72 crore and he would follow legal processes to return Nisha’s family.
Sanjay Dutt said, “I will not claim anything. I did not know Nisha and I am overwhelmed by the whole incident to speak about it.”
