Prabhas has been postponed to join hands with director Sandeep Reddy Wanga for the film Spirit. As the film is expected to start filming soon, the director revealed the new details about his runtime.

Director Sandeep Reddy Wanga was recently seen in a chat with Jagapati Babu, Jayamu Niskayamura with Jagapathi. Appearing with Ram Gopal Varma, Arjun Reddy Director was asked about the expected runtime of the soul.

In response, Wanga said, “I will make sure that the runtime is not more than 3 hours, sir.” His comment was made in a comic tone, mentioning his last film, Animal, which lasted for more than 3 hours in the runTime.

Additionally, Sandeep said that he has completed 70% of the film’s BGM before filming, similarly how he worked on the animal. He said, “When BGM is playing in the set, it is easy to shoot the film. We can easily know when to say the cut.”

“During Kabir Singh, I understood that if BGM production is done before the onset of production, the shooting would be very easy. I did not have the privilege during Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh, but for the animal, the BGM’s 80% was done before the shoot. Even now, 70% BGM is ready,” said the filmmaker.

Sandeep said, “I think we can save a lot of time in this way. In totality, we can save about 5 to 6 days of production. It is very transparent and very sweet to work with Prabhas. Although he is a big star, he does not flaunt it. We will start shooting soon.”

Spirit, starring Prabhas in the lead role, is an upcoming police action drama, playing the role of Tripippi Dimri women co-Leide. The film is rumored to introduce Saaho Star as an angry young officer set to eliminate an underworld syndicate.

Prabhas’s next release

Prabhas is soon set to hit the big screen with his film The Raja Saab. The horror comedy film has the story of a careless young man who plans to make a fortune by flipping the ancestral mansion. However, things go to the south when she faces a feeling that lives inside the doors.

The film was slated to release on 5 December 2025, in which Nidhi Egrawal, Malvika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar and many other leading roles were released with actors. However, this solstice is reported to postpone the release on 2026.
