About a full month earlier compared to last year, the new FE phone is here – Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe brings some significant improvement, but a total of 2024 models have a relatively small change.
Samsung engineers managed to drop the phone down, shaving 23 g from each of the three dimensions with one millimeter weight and fractions. The Galaxy S25+ is small, however, despite having a similar 6.7 “screen. Well, the same size – plus has actually 1440p+ panel and not 1080p+ like two fes.

The impressive about this is that Samsung managed to fit a large battery in it – 4,900mAh, an increase of 200mAh at S24 Fe. Something similar happened with the Z Flip7 earlier this year. Even better, wired charging collided from 25W to 45W. This means that despite the large battery capacity, the Galaxy S25 Fe can get up to 65% in 30 minutes, while compared to 50% on S24 Fe. Wireless charging also promotes 25W.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe in Navy, Jetblack, IqW and White
This is for major changes. Samsung switched to regular Exynos 2400 chipset, with a slightly more watches than the 2400E used in the previous year’s model. However, a true performance improvement must have come from adding more RAM – 8 GB is the only option and is not too much for a phone that will get 7 OS updates (at that time quite changes in Android in the amount of that time).
Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe Highlights
A camera upgrade can be good and actually the selfie camera increases from 10MP to 12MP, but it is barely noticeable. The 50+8+12MP rear camera is the same as last year.
