WATCH: Diljit Dosanjh wishes fans Happy Gurpurab at Hyderabad concert
Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh celebrated Guru Nanak Jayanti with fans at his Hyderabad concert and shared the three pillars of Guru Nanak’s teachings.
Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh entertained his fans in Hyderabad after enthralling the audience in Delhi and Jaipur. He will next perform in Ahmedabad as part of his Dil-Luminati India Tour. During his recent concert in Hyderabad, the singer-actor extended warm wishes to fans on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
Sharing a video from the Hyderabad concert, Diljit wrote, “Kirat Karo Naam Japo Vand Shako. Happy Guruparv Hyderabad. Dil-Luminati Tour Saal 24 Next Ahmedabad (sic).”
In the video, Diljit wishes his fans a happy Gurpurab and is later seen paying tribute to Guru Nanak Dev with his team. He also shares the three pillars of Guru Nanak’s teachings: Kirat Karo (living honestly), Naam Japo (chanting), and Vand Shako (sharing with others).
Ahead of the Hyderabad concert, the Telangana government issued a notice to Diljit Dosanjh and the organizers of his Dil-Luminati concert. The notice asked Dosanjh to refrain from performing any songs promoting alcohol, drugs or violence, citing previous instances when similar songs were part of his performances.
Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati tour spanning 11 cities began on October 26 in New Delhi. Hyderabad was the third stop of the tour and he will next perform in Ahmedabad.
