Global pop sensation, BTS’s eldest member and vocalist, Jin, recently united K-drama and K-pop fans when he revealed that he has been watching the hit K-drama, Queen of Tears. The artist also revealed his favorite sequence from the show. Jin said that he likes the part where Kim Soo-hyun’s character tears off flower petals to decide whether he likes Kim Ji-won’s character or not.

Jin spoke to W Korea and said, “The most entertaining drama I’ve seen recently, although I haven’t been able to watch it since the first episode, is called Queen of Tears. There was a scene in it where Kim Soohyun catches sunbae-nim’s flower petals and decides whether or not he likes her, and that scene was really fun to watch.”

Queen of Tears premiered on tvN in March and has since become a worldwide sensation. The show revolves around the crumbling marriage of its main characters, Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won.

On the work front, Jin recently kicked off the Paris Olympics 2024 by carrying the torch amid loud cheers from fans. He has been busy making music and shooting for variety shows. Meanwhile, the rest of the BTS members are currently enlisting in the army for their mandatory military service.
