Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most loved celebrities in the film industry and we get to see proof of this every Sunday when the veteran actor performs his Sunday ritual of meeting and greeting fans outside his Jalsa house. Today, on August 4, the ritual became even more special as the Sholay actor was joined by his grandson and actor Agastya Nanda.
In a video on Instagram, Amitabh Bachchan is seen meeting fans who have gathered outside his Jalsa to catch a glimpse of their favourite megastar. The veteran actor is seen greeting them with a big smile on his face while his grandson Agastya Nanda waits behind him.
Agastya came to meet the fans on the request of his grandfather and he was seen smiling with folded hands. Big B was wearing a hoodie and pants while The Archies star was dressed in white traditional attire.

Big B recently expressed his gratitude to his loved ones for showering him with immense love on his second birthday. Everyone knows that August 2 holds a lot of importance for Amitabh Bachchan and his fans. The actor was born on October 1, 1942 and exactly 40 years later on August 2, 1982, doctors revived him after an accident on the sets of Coolie. Since then, it is celebrated as his second birthday.
The megastar posted his 5091st tweet on X (formerly Twitter) in which he expressed his gratitude to fans. “My love and congratulations for all your blessings for 2nd August .. I am unable to reply to them individually .. so accept this as my response .. Blessed (folded hands and red heart emoji) I will try when time permits”

Amitabh Bachchan was recently seen in Nag Ashwin’s film Kalki 2898 AD. Big B played the role of Ashwathama in this epic science fiction film. This Telugu film also featured Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan and Saswata Chatterjee. The 81-year-old megastar also has the action drama Vettaiyan with Rajinikanth.
Meanwhile, Agastya who made his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies is all set for the film Twenty One. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Twenty One is produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films.
