Alia Bhatt is currently busy shooting for her much-awaited YRF Spy Universe film Alpha. After finishing the action thriller, she will start another big project, Love and War, with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. This will be her reunion with the director after the critically acclaimed and commercially successful Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress recently visited SLB’s office in a desi avatar.

Today, July 26, 2024, Alia Bhatt was spotted by the paparazzi while stepping out in the city. She was spotted getting out of her car outside filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s house and then walked inside the building. Dressed in a white ethnic suit, Alia glowed in her no-makeup look and had tied her hair in a ponytail.

Pinkvilla has started giving exclusive updates about the work on Love and War since the announcement. In this film, Alia will be seen sharing the screen with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal.
Recently Pinkvilla reported about the shooting schedule of the film. A source said, “A brief schedule with Ranbir Kapoor is likely first, but the full-fledged shoot of Love and War will begin in November with the trio. All the actors have allotted a large number of dates to Sanjay Leela Bhansali as he wants to marathon schedule the film for 250 days with the combined dates of all the actors.”
Giving a glimpse of the genre, the source also revealed, “This is a break from the period genre for SLB, and he is excited to celebrate intense romance with his unique flavour in this spectacle.”
About Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movie Alpha
Alpha will be directed by Shiv Rawail of The Railway Man fame. It will be a spy film starring two women in the lead roles in Aditya Chopra’s popular franchise, which also includes Sharvari Wagh. Bobby Deol will play the villain in the film and will be seen in intense action sequences against Alia and Sharvari. The official title announcement video of Alpha was released earlier this month.
