Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna were spotted at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s reception. Akshay could not attend the wedding as he was infected with Covid-19.
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna made their presence felt at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s reception on July 15. Akshay had to skip the wedding after he tested Covid positive. Tonight’s reception at Jio World Centre in Mumbai is primarily organised for Reliance employees and the media.
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna arrived hand-in-hand at Anant and Radhika’s third reception. Akshay wore an ivory bandhgala while Twinkle wore a salwar kurta set with her husband.

Earlier, sources had told IndiaToday.in that Akshay was ill for two days last week. He was travelling for the promotions of his latest release ‘Sarfira’. He got himself tested and the result came out to be Covid-19 positive.
Looking at his latest diagnosis, it is safe to assume that he has tested negative for coronavirus and is doing fine now.
As far as the big wedding of the Ambani family is concerned, Anant and Radhika got married on July 12 in the presence of their families and celebrities from the film industry, politics and sports.
On July 13, the Ambani family hosted a ‘Shubh Ashirwad’ party for the couple, which was attended by their friends and family. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and many politicians also attended the party. On July 14, a ‘Mangal Utsav’ was organised.
