Vivo X300 Ultra global launch almost confirmed, camera flagship to be previewed at MWC
Vivo has confirmed that the X300 Ultra is coming to the global market. The device is set to be publicly showcased for the first time at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Spain.

Vivo launched the X300 and X300 Pro last year, and now the next device in the lineup – the Vivo X300 Ultra – is arriving. The company has confirmed that it will be previewing the X300 Ultra at Mobile World Congress (MWC). The event is being held in Barcelona, Spain from March 2 to March 5.
Vivo has teased the X300 Ultra’s appearance at MWC as a “first global preview”, but has confirmed that the device will be launched globally. In other words, it won’t be limited to the Chinese market like its predecessor, the X200 Ultra. We can expect Vivo to reveal the phone in full and share global availability details at MWC.

Expected specifications and features of Vivo X300 Ultra
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch 1440 x 3168 LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Armor Glass protection. The device is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) chipset and is expected to run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
In terms of photography, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to sport an impressive triple camera setup. It may have a primary sensor of 200 megapixels. It is likely to be paired with a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom. Completing the setup is said to be a 50-megapixel ultrawide sensor with a 116-degree field of view and dual-pixel PDAF. All three cameras may feature Zeiss optics as well as laser autofocus and HDR support. The front camera is said to have a 50-megapixel sensor with a 24mm wide lens, capable of recording 4K videos.
On the battery front, the X300 Ultra may house a large 7000 mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Vivo X300 Ultra may come in three colors: Black, Silver, and Red. The device is likely to come in four configurations: 12GB/256GB storage, 12GB/512GB storage, 16GB/512GB storage, and 16GB/1TB storage. The smartphone is said to have IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
