Amidst the success of director Aditya Dhar Dhurandhar: RevengePublic opinion remains divided as a section of the audience has termed it as propaganda. Amid the ongoing discussions, an old video of actors R Madhavan and Arjun Rampal from the IIFA red carpet has resurfaced. In the clip, a reporter asks several celebrities, “Have you ever thought of hosting IIFA in Pakistan?”

Many stars including Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher answered this question. However, the video has gone viral mainly due to the comments of R Madhavan and Arjun Rampal, who play Intelligence Bureau director Ajay Sanyal and ISI operative Major Iqbal respectively.

Madhavan said, “Yes, I will be the first one to go. I just want to say to my Pakistani brothers and sisters that your love always reaches me through Twitter and Facebook. It gives me great joy that you see us and like us. I am really impressed that we get so much love from across the border.”

Rampal said, ‘I definitely wish from my heart that IIFA should go to Pakistan at least once.’ Other celebrities who answered the question include actors Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher. Kapoor said, “I want to come to Pakistan. Invite me! Please.”

Kher said, “Relations between politicians may not be good, but the people there and here are very kind. There is a lot of love between them.” Deol commented, “It will definitely happen, people will go crazy, there will be more noise than this (It will definitely happen. People will go crazy; there will be even more noise and publicity.)

Dhurandhar: Revenge It also stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor, Gaurav Gera, Manav Gohil, Udaybir Sandhu and others in lead roles. The film is co-produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
