Actor Vikram’s next film with director Anand Shankar is gaining momentum. temporary title Chian 63The project is scheduled to begin production in May, with the makers releasing the teaser of “First Flame” on the actor’s birthday.

Marking their second collaboration after iru muganThe upcoming film seems to be switching gears, leaning towards a more grounded, pastoral narrative. The teaser gives a glimpse of Vikram in an unconventional role, which is completely different from the usual hero mould.

The 78-second clip sets a dark, suspenseful tone, hinting towards a story where Vikram plays a chef with a dubious past. Pursued by a group of goons, his character is seen going through tense situations, including moments of explosive action. A striking scene shows him calmly lighting a beedi amidst the chaos, underscoring the film’s somber mood.

Known for his transformative performances, Vikram sports a new look in the film, with medium length hair and stubble, adding to the character’s strong appeal.

Interesting thing is that the title Chian 63 Earlier Bodhi was attached to a different project directed by Rajkumar, but is now being roped in for this venture.

The film’s music is composed by Santosh Narayanan, while RD Rajasekhar handles the cinematography. More details about the cast and crew are expected to be announced soon.
