South star Vijay Deverakonda recently met with an accident when he fell down the stairs while promoting his song ‘Sahiba’ in Mumbai. The actor’s video is being shared widely on the internet.

Vijay had gone to a college in Mumbai to promote his new song, where he is seen sharing the screen with actress Radhika Madan. The incident occurred when he was leaving the college campus after the program.

After the fall, the actor quickly regained his balance while his team covered the cameras and urged people not to record the incident on their devices.

After the video surfaced online, many users were worried about his safety as one of them wrote, “This can happen to anyone. It’s just a case of feet slipping. Also, no injuries.” Another internet user commented about the actor’s privacy in the comments section.

Earlier, Deverakonda had suffered an injury while shooting for director Gautham Tinnanuri’s next film, tentatively titled VD 12.

On the work front, the actor was last seen in the 2023 release, Kushi, where he romanced Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He also did a cameo in Prabhas’s epic Kalki 2898 AD.
