On Saturday, another day of hope filled with emotion was seen in Tel Aviv when four Israeli hostage Gaza Gaza joined the Gaza ceasefire agreement with his families again in the second phase of the agreement. Four women – Kareena Arerev, Daniella Gilboa, and Nama Levi, who are 20 years old, and Liri Albag (19) – shook hands, smiled and thumbed as soon as they reached the border.

The Israeli Defense Force (IDF) said on X, “Liri, Deniella, Kareena and Nama are welcome to the house.”

He was taken captive during the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, killing at least 1200 people. The Lebanon -backed group released him after 477 days of imprisonment – in exchange for 200 Palestinian prisoners.

The IDF also shared several videos and pictures of women meeting their families.

In the scenes, women are running towards their family members and hugging them with tears of happiness.

Another video shows the moment when the families of the hostages released finally saw their loved ones coming back home.

According to Deniella’s 15 -year -old sister, the family never lost hope. He said, “We remained optimistic and we did everything to see him back here, to his return … Wow, I had imagined him completely differently. It brought back all my feelings last year.”

On his release, Liri thanked the Israeli forces for bringing them back, in a video.

He said, “I love all of you people from Israel who supported our families and embraced them, and also with IDF soldiers who did everything for us. We are very grateful. I love you.”

In addition to the families of the hostages released, thousands of people gathered at Tel Aviv’s hostess square and laid down the first glimpse of women on a huge screen. On the other hand, Gaza was celebrated extensively as buses carrying Palestinian prisoners reached Ramalla on the west coast.

Ending the war that lasted over 15 months, in which more than 47,000 people were killed, Israel started a six -week ceasefire with Hamas in Gaza on 19 January. In the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, Hamas released three women in exchange for 90 Palestinian prisoners.

Hamas took 251 Israeli hostages – 87 of which live in Gaza, 34 of which have died.

During the six -week ceasefire, 33 hostages are being freed in exchange for about 1,900 Palestinians locked in Israeli jails.
