One thing that fans might not like is Amitabh Bachchan’s voiceover in the preview. Actor Prakash Raj, who played a key role in Gnanavel’s Jai Bhim, has dubbed for Big B in Tamil.

Like Jai Bhim, Vettaiyan too deals with encounter killings and human rights violations.

Vettaiyaan’s audio launch was attended by Rajinikanth, Anirudh Ravichander, Rana Daggubati, Dushara and Ritika Singh among others. Big B, who plays a key role in the film, did not attend the event.

Meanwhile, the name of Rajinikanth’s character is yet to be revealed. The title of the film is in Tamil, which means hunter. Vettaiyaan will release in theatres on October 10.
