Veer Das compared breathing in Mumbai to smoke: Today, it was a Marlborough Prakash
Veer Das compared Mumbai’s air pollution to smoke, called it “Marlborough Light”. Earlier, he had urged immediate action, warning of long -term health effects of breathing polluted air.

Actor and stand-up comedian Veer Das recently excavated an increasing air pollution in Mumbai, which compared breathing in the city to smoke cigarettes in his latest social media posts.
Veer wrote on Instagram, “I will socially smoke a cigarette fifteen days a year. The rest of the day I am a breathless Mumbaikar. The same taste. Today Mumbai was a Marlborough Light,” Veer wrote on Instagram.
Due to heavy construction and infrastructure projects, Mumbai’s air pollution levels have increased significantly in recent times.

This is not the first time Veer Das has expressed concern over the quality of air. Last month, he wrote a long note on Instagram, stating, “The inheritance of each government is going to be pollution until something is done, the pollution that they let us live. This point will probably be raised when we will realize the long -term impact on this generation, and also in old age.

He continued, “Some rigorous policy decisions need to be made. It goes without saying that the decisions will make us very unhappy in the interim. We will mourn when we got new airports and new bridges, but it will not eventually be worth it. I am not only 7:30 pm, and not AQI, at this time, not at home. Partful, does not vote.
At that time, Sonakshi Sinha agreed with Veer as she re -prepared her Instagram post on her social media account.
