Actor Varun Dhawan and singer Sonu Nigam created a lively atmosphere at the YouTube Fan Fest by performing on the song ‘Bijuria’. His energetic dance quickly attracted attention online, and a video of the performance is going viral in social media platforms. The film, set for release in October, also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Sarf and Manish Paul.

‘Bijayuria’ has already made waves as a chart-topping hit from ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. The upcoming film is directed by Shashank Khatan and is produced by Dharma Productions.

During the Fan Fest, Varun invited Sonu on stage. Together, he gave a fun performance that resonated with the audience.

Meanwhile, Janhvi was unable to participate in the event as she was in Toronto in Toronto, Toronto International Film Festival 2025 for her Gala premiere of her film ‘Homebound’. He is with Ishaan Khatar and Vishal Jethwa.

Earlier, Ishaan and Vishal also participated in the trend of ‘Bijayuria’ dance. His dance video has seen more than 28 million times on Instagram. Many celebrities including Varun Dhawan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vedang Raina, Sanya Malhotra, Rajkumar Rao and Janhvi’s sister Khushi expressed their support by liking and commenting the video.

Filmmaker Karan Johar also shared a humorous video featuring Mahip Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey. The video captured in a lift politely refused to dance to Johar’s playful request to the song. He then suggested the need for a possible dance lesson from actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor.

The song, originally a 90s hit, is rebuilt for the film. Sung by Sonu Nigam and Asis Kaur, the music for the song is composed by Tanish Bagchi.

‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is scheduled for dramatic release on 2 October.
