Bollywood star Varun Dhawan, who is known for giving many hit films, has played characters that we can’t help but admire. While some of his films are suitable for all ages, other films may not be child-friendly. Recently, being proud of being a new father to his daughter Lara, Varun revealed that he wants to see her in the first film, and his choice is perfect. She chose Student of the Year, the film that launched her career alongside Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra.
In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Varun Dhawan shared, “I think the first film she can watch is still Student of the Year. I think that will be the first film she can watch because It’s a very easy watch for him to watch.”
When Varun was asked about one movie he wouldn’t want his daughter to watch, Varun humorously responded to the audience’s suggestion of Badlapur by saying that he actually wanted her to watch the movie.
In the same interview, the actor revealed that his discussions with Alia Bhatt now mainly focus on their experiences as parents. She added that the two often talk about their children and the challenges of parenting.
Varun also told that his daughter Lara and Alia’s daughter Raha have already met, although Lara is still very young. It seems like their bond as parents has brought them even closer, as they exchange parenting tips and experiences while sharing the joys of parenting their little ones.
Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal happily welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lara, in June 2024. To announce the news, she shared an adorable Instagram video featuring an animated version of her pet dog Joey, writing, “Welcome back, lil’ sister.”
The video revealed Lara’s date of birth, June 3, 2024, along with a heartfelt message from the proud parents: “We are so happy with this new blessing in our lives. During this special time, we request the media to please provide us with our privacy. Thanks for your support and understanding. Natasha and Varun.”
In his caption, Varun expressed his gratitude for the well wishes, shared his happiness over the arrival of his baby girl and thanked everyone for their support to both the baby and Natasha.
