The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened 148.9 points, or 0.32% higher, at 46,707.4. The S&P 500 rose 42.2 points, or 0.64%, to 6,674.37, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 235.0 points, or 1.06%, to 22,340.388.
