US gubernatorial candidate calls himself ‘too sensitive’ "Black Nazi" On the porn site: Report

Before entering politics, North Carolina Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson allegedly called himself a “black Nazi,” insulted Martin Luther King Jr., used anti-Semitic and homophobic slurs and praised slavery in comments on a pornographic website, CNN reports. CNN’s investigation links Robinson to a user called ‘Minisoldier’ who made the inflammatory comments.

Robinson, who is also North Carolina’s lieutenant governor, denied the allegations and called them “tabloid nonsense.” He told CNN, “This is not who we are. These are not our words. And this is not something that characterizes me.”

The comments date from 2008 to 2012 and were posted on a pornographic website.

The most offensive comments, made by Mark Robinson under the username ‘Minisoldier’, supported slavery and the re-establishment of Nazi ideology.

One post read, “Slavery isn’t bad. Some people have to be slaves”, while another said, “I’m a Black Nazi!”.

In another post, Robinson reportedly preferred Adolf Hitler to U.S. leadership during the Obama administration.

Robinson reportedly referred to Martin Luther King Jr. as a “Communist bastard” and suggested that if he were in the Ku Klux Klan, he would call King “Martin Lucifer Coon.”

Robinson denied these allegations in a video posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account, saying those were not his words. He also claimed his Democratic opponent, Attorney General Josh Stein, was behind the alleged leak to CNN.

Even during an interview with CNN Robinson denied any connection to these comments, saying, “I’m not going to get into the specifics of how someone fabricated these obscene lies.”

However, CNN identified Robinson as ‘Minisoldier’ through his email address, biographical references and unique phrases used elsewhere online. Robinson has reportedly used the username ‘Minisoldier’ on other websites as well.

Despite the turmoil, Robinson is adamant. “We’re not dropping out of this race. There are people who are counting on us to win this race,” he said.

Robinson, who has Trump’s backing, is currently trailing his Democratic rival Josh Stein in the polls. If elected, Robinson would become North Carolina’s first black governor.

When asked about CNN’s report about Robinson, Trump campaign spokeswoman Caroline Levitt said, “President Trump’s campaign is focused on winning the White House and saving this country.”
