Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent has once again hit controversy after social media sensation Uorfi Javed, who had come as a guest, reportedly left the show mid-way. This happened when two contestants made derogatory comments about him. Uorfi shared a post on Instagram about the incident explaining his walkout.

Uorfi criticized the contestants for humiliating her and revealed that one of them even compared her to adult film actor Mia Khalifa.

“I think I missed the memo, nowadays people think it’s cool to abuse someone or shame someone for certain views. I’m sorry, but I don’t mind someone abusing me, insulting me for my body count (which they don’t know but they assumed should be higher). Why all this? For two minutes of fame? The guy who abused me wasn’t even joking, he got really angry at me when I asked him why he was pretending to be disabled! He misbehaved with me on stage in front of so many people,” she wrote.

Uorfi also revealed how she would never blame her friend Samay Raina. “Also, I don’t blame Samay Raina in any way. he is a friend. I’m talking about competitors. The entire team came and consoled me. Since then, times have been good for me,” he added.

This is not the first time Raina’s show has created controversy Beyond the limits of humor. Earlier, Raina had faced criticism for making a joke about Kusha Kapila’s divorce from Zorawar Ahluwalia.
