Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for Troll 2, the much awaited sequel for its 2022 Norwegian Monster Hit. Directed by ROOR Uthaug, the film brings back to familiar faces and introduces new ones, while large trolls, high stakes and nors promise a deep discovery of mythology.
What does Troll 2 Netflix teaser show?
The teaser provides the dramatic views of the mountains that stare through the mountains, rapidly growing military convoys, and large -scale troll silhouettes through the Misty Landscapes. There are ancient symbols and a brief shot of the cavernous ruins, which this time suggests a more courageous story.
Fans get a glimpse of Nora (INE Mary Wilman), Andreas (Kim Falk), and Captain Chris (Mads Sjøgård Petstersen), but they find on different paths than before.

Returning Triao, Nora, Andreas and Captain Chris, the director returned to Uthag, called “his most dangerous missions yet,” variety. According to official synopsis, the group will once again have to band when awakened a new, dangerous troll and a wave of destruction begins in Norway.

Sara is the newcomer Marian, who is involved in the cast played by Khorami. While its exact role remains under wrapping, the teaser indicates that it becomes an essential part of the mission, as according to the variety. Uthag said that the audience could not find the original artists where they will expect from them. He said that they are presenting some new faces that are involved in the action.
Uthag said that fans can expect more than one troll this time: “We are introducing new and even more disastrous trolls, and yes, it is plural.”
Troll 2 premiered globally on Netflix on 1 December. The original film set a record with over 103 million ideas, which became the most seen non-English film of Netflix. Riding on that success, the Creative team has taken bets for the sequel.
