Trisha may join Prabhas in director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’: Report
If reports are to be believed, Trisha may play the lead role in director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Spirit’. Prabhas will be in the lead role in this film.
Actress Trisha, who was last seen in his web series ‘Brinda’, is reportedly in talks with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga for his upcoming film ‘Spirit’. The film stars Prabhas in the lead role. However, official confirmation about Trisha’s inclusion is still awaited. Soon, the cast and crew of ‘Spirit’ will be finalised before the film’s production begins.
If reports are to be believed, the makers are negotiating a deal with Trisha for ‘Spirit’. Trisha is one of the most sought after actresses after the success of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, ‘Leo’ and ‘Brinda’.
Earlier, it was reported that South Korean actor Lee Dong-seok has been roped in to play the villain in the film. An official announcement is still awaited in this regard.
Earlier in an interview, Sandeep Reddy Vanga had said that the Prabhas starrer will earn Rs 150 crore on its first day in theatres.

With Prabhas and my combination, with satellite and digital rights, we can recover our budget right there. If everything goes well with the teaser, trailer and songs and whatever we did to grab the attention of the audience, the opening day will be Rs 150 crore. This is a trade calculation. It has to be worldwide or pan-India. For a film like this, it can easily be Rs 150 crore in a day if the content is good.”
‘Spirit’ is Prabhas’ 25th film. According to reports, the film will begin production in 2025.
