Trailer release of Mahaprabhu Jagannath in front of 10,000 devotees: A story of faith and unity
The trailer of Mahaprabhu Jagannath was unveiled by Pujya Shri Indresh Upadhyay Maharaj Ji in front of more than 10,000 devotees during Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in Cuttack. The film tells the story of Lord Vishnu’s incarnation as Jagannath to save his devotees from the demon Ego.

The film depicts the story of the atrocities of the demon ego, which led Lord Vishnu to incarnate as Jagannath to save humanity. The producers said that the event was the largest physical trailer launch for any animation film in India.

As soon as the trailer played on the screen, the audience started chanting “Jai Jagannath”. The launch featured a large live gathering and public introduction of the film, with the trailer presenting a story focused on devotion, unity and faith.
Presented as the first theatrical pan-Indian animated feature film on Lord Jagannath, Mahaprabhu Jagannath Uses animation to present the topic in a way targeted to a young audience. The trailer focuses on the bond between Lord Jagannath and his devotees, and presents that relationship through a visual style that aims to make the story accessible to children.
trailer of Mahaprabhu Jagannath The demon Aham, symbolizing ego, is shown to have received a boon from Lord Brahma to attain the powers of the holy trinity – Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. After becoming invincible like God, Ego begins atrocities against humanity. To stop the demon, Lord Vishnu incarnated as Jagannath, giving hope to the devotees for protection from evil forces.

Produced by Durga Prasad Dalai under the banner of Ally Animations Pvt. Ltd., the film is based on the success of the Pogo Channel television series. Jaijagannath (2024). It is directed by Shripad Warkhedkar, screenplay and dialogues are written by Pallavi Sharma, while Aviral Kumar has composed the music.
Mahaprabhu Jagannath It is set for theatrical release in India on July 10 in Hindi, Oriya and Telugu.
