The divine saga led by Rishab Shetty was expected to open a lot in the beginning; However, those hopes were rejected when advance booking was slow. Nevertheless, the film has a strong start, especially given that it was in direct competition with Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari.

Homebell Films, Kantara: By Chapter 1, Bancharrol crossed the early day game changer and Devra, but other big PAN-Indian release was far behind. Comparatively, KGF Chapter 2 still holds the record for the largest Kannada film opening day record in Hindi, while the overall list is at the top by Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. This is because the two gravitational-defined action drama has carved a fan of the cult among the public.

Interestingly, the latest Rishah Shetty Outing saw an increase of about 1500 percent on the early day collection of its original part, Kanta: A Legend (2022). For records, the original film had a net of Rs 1.20 crore in Hindi. Let’s see how the film performs in the weekend.
