Ajit Kumar’s latest release, Good Bad Ugly, performing well at the box office. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film has already emerged as the highest -grossing film of Ajit Kumar’s career and has become his first film to cross a mark of Rs 200 crore globally. Apart from Tamil Nadu, the film has shown a promising tendency in the neighboring state of Kerala.
Supported by Mythri filmmakers, Good Bad Ugly made a slow start in Kerala, but gained strong speed in the next days, recording an encouraging tendency. In particular, Mass Action Drama earned Rs 4.30 crore in the first 10 days of its dramatic run in Kerala. With this, the film has become Ajit Kumar’s sixth best performance film in the state.
Good bad ugly performed better than Ajit Kumar’s previous release, Vidamuirchi, which finished his run in Kerala with a gross of only Rs 3.30 crore. It also crossed the lifetime box office collections of Veeram, Mankatha and Valimai.
The film is expected to attract audiences for a few weeks in Kerala. It has a chance to cross the final collection of Thunivu by the end of its dramatic run. It will be interesting to see how much the film can earn more than this point.
