Tisha Kumar, Bhushan Kumar’s cousin and Krishan Kumar and Tanya Singh’s daughter, passed away in July this year. A few months later, on the occasion of her 21st birthday, Tisha’s mother wrote a long and heart-touching note dedicated to her late daughter.
On September 6, Tanya Singh took to her Instagram handle and shared a video capturing several happy moments with Tisha Kumar. From childhood pictures to videos of growing up, the video showcases memorable moments of the mother-daughter duo. We can also see the cheerful Tisha dancing her heart out, working out and posing for a photoshoot.
Adding the song Tu jo mila in the background, the post was captioned with the most heartbreaking note. It read; “My dear darling Tish.. Happy 21st anniversary.. 21 years ago today, you came into my life and since then you have filled it with joy, happiness, laughter, happiness, celebration and unconditional love. Thank you my doll for giving me the ‘honour’ of being your mother.”
She further wrote, “I am always your mother and you are my most precious, pure, beautiful from inside to outside, generous, caring, loving and full of life.. my one and only, you are the ‘sun to my universe’, the best daughter in the world. Without you here life for me is lifeless… meaningless and purposeless and so unfair…”
To keep an eye
Tanya further refreshed her memories and wrote in the note, “We were on a mission, on a plan – you and me, and we are still ‘one team’, we will still do it, ‘you and me’. However, it was never meant to be this way. You are the strongest, the bravest, the best, always spreading your light and love, be it night or day.”
Further, Singh further explained, “We both know that this is a false ‘statement’, there was no ‘long fight’.” He added, “Mom is all yours Tish, always till eternity and beyond, our souls are connected through the most precious bond, I love you, my dear, the most and even more, it was very untimely but I am sure, you will come back, to live and fulfil all your dreams.. with all good vibrations and true relationships!”
On the closing note, she mentioned, “I love you my baby, my life, my everything you are my angel, my star, my universe, my princess, the wind beneath my wings, I miss you with every breath I take my baby, I miss all the trillion beautiful moments since you were born… You are 100 babies in one for me… Till we meet again, mommy loves you forever and more than that.”
The official statement shared by the Kumar family stated that Tisha passed away on July 18 after a long battle with illness. The family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
Tisha was a private person who didn’t appear in the public eye much. Her last public appearance was in November 2023 when she attended the premiere of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol-starrer Animal. The film was produced by T-Series and she posed on the red carpet for the paparazzi with her father Krishna Kumar.
Tanya is a former model, while Krishan Kumar is an actor and producer, best known for his role in the 1995 film Bewafa Sanam. He also co-owns T-Series with his nephew Bhushan Kumar. Their first film was Lucky: No Time for Love starring Salman Khan. The two have produced several hits including Ready, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Thappad and Animal.
