Kajol and Ajay Devgan are one of the most beloved couples of Bollywood. Despite contrasting personalities, they have embraced each other and set some goals for the new generation. They met on the set and dated for a while before tying the knot in 1996. In an old interview, the actress, known for her enthusiastic energy, revealed how she had planned a two-month long honeymoon for them, which was cut down to 40 by her husband. Day.
In an old conversation with Curly Tales, Kajol recalled her marriage and honeymoon period. Interestingly, she shared that he had planned a luxurious two-month honeymoon for them after the marriage, which included many beautiful places. Apart from this, the actress also convinced him on her plan in an interesting manner. Recalling the same, he said, “I said to her, ‘Do you really want to marry me? So you will give me that honeymoon.’ She said, ‘Okay baby.'”
Given his vivacious personality, she always wanted an elaborate romantic vacation for him. But her calm natured husband was probably not ready for this. As a result, after about a month, Ajay Devgan’s work was completed and he could not continue it further and requested him to leave it. She added, “But at the end of the honeymoon, he got tired. By the end of it he started getting very homesick. After 40 days, he said, ‘I’m tired, I have a fever.’ He came home sick so I said, ‘Okay, we can go back now.'”
Apart from these entertaining moments, the actor has always been an important pillar of support for others. They are parents to two children, Nysa and Yug, and maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives.
On the work front, Kajol will next be seen in the film Sarzameen alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan and Maharagini- Queen of Queens.
