Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride and Louis Puech Sigliuzzi, along with executive producer Greg Nicotero and show creator David Zabel, gathered in Hall H on July 26 to celebrate the continuation of the series.

Reedus confirmed that McBride was not featured in season 1 due to the filming location. He said, “It’s interesting shooting this show outside of Georgia. We took these two characters and rebuilt the world around them. So to see Melissa blowing up in Europe? I’ve been waiting.” The first season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon featured the main character waking up on a beach in Marseille. It was set after the events of The Walking Dead season 11. Here, a nun gives him the task of escorting Laurent, a French boy who is believed to be an exceptionally sympathetic messiah, to northern France.

Isabelle (Clémence Poésy) and Darly embark on a dangerous journey. They encounter burner zombies, a ruthless nightclub owner, and a power-hungry political leader.
