Celebrity-owned luxury properties provide a panoramic view of the affluent lifestyle of the elite. Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan’s lavish international homes have often aroused excitement among fans. Recently their Beverly Hills mansion went viral after a video surfaced online. Now, another luxurious residence of SRK, located on London’s prestigious Park Lane, has become the latest topic of interest among netizens.
In a recent video that went viral, a couple gave a glimpse of Shahrukh Khan’s very luxurious London bungalow. The video shows the house, including its number plate “117”, as well as a view of the building and a row of luxury cars parked outside.

The London residence is one of the many luxurious properties of the King Khan of Bollywood. Along with his iconic sea-facing home, Mannat, in Mumbai, he also owns a lavish villa named ‘Jannat’ in the same city. Additionally, Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan own a high-end mansion in their hometown Delhi.
Khan’s retreat in Alibaug serves as a holiday destination to host close friends and family. A few years ago, his Los Angeles villa was made available to the public in collaboration with a hosting platform.
According to a 2009 report in the Manchester Evening News, the young actor bought an apartment on Park Lane for a whopping price of £20 million (approximately Rs 200 crore). The report calls it the most expensive property purchased by a Bollywood star outside India.
Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan’s elder children Aryan Khan and Suhana Khan both received their education in the UK.
Aryan attended the prestigious Sevenoaks School during his childhood, while Suhana is said to have completed her high school from Ardingly College. Meanwhile, the actor’s youngest son Abram Khan has been admitted to Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to star in Siddharth Anand’s film King alongside Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the shooting of the film is scheduled to begin in January 2025, with the makers aiming to release during Eid 2026.
