The makers of Telugu actor Ram Charan’s upcoming film ‘Peddi’ have set a huge village in Hyderabad, where a long and important shoot schedule is currently running. The ‘RRR’ actor shared photos from the film set.

Shoot for ‘Peddi’, Ram Charan’s much awaited Pan-India film, is moving at a fast pace. Directed by the National Award winning filmmaker Buchi Bachi Babu Sana of ‘Appena’, the manufacturers have already completed 30 percent of its shooting. The latest schedule – a huge village set in Hyderabad is running in a set – ready to cover a vital part of the film, including major talkies scenes and a high -octane stunt sequence.
The production team led by designer Avinash Kolla has gone out in creating a realistic rural settings that reflect the raw and soil beauty of the film. As one of the most important stages with the current schedule, manufacturers are making important efforts in bringing the life of Buchi Babu Sana to life.
Ram Charan, who was last seen in S Shankar’s ‘Game Changer’, is going through a complete change for his role in ‘Peddi’. The actor will be seen in a rugged rural avatar, long hair, a thick beard and even a nose ring. The film features Janhvi Kapoor as a female lead and is characterized by a contingent of an actors, including Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapati Babu and Divyendu Sharma.
‘Paddi’ is being largely laid by Venkat Satish Killaru under the banner of old cinema, and is presented by Mythri filmmakers and Sukumar Writing. The technical crew consists of R Rathnevelu handling cinematography, AR Rahman’s composition music and National Award winning editor Naveen Nauli.
The film is set for a dramatic release with Ram Charan’s birthday on March 27, 2026.
