Actor Ishaan Khatter has surprised fans with the first teaser of his Hollywood debut film ‘The Perfect Couple’.

Ishaan Khatter is all set to impress fans with his upcoming limited series ‘The Perfect Couple’. The actor shared a glimpse of his character in the series, which also stars Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning and Meghann Fahy.

The clip features Ishaan in a daring shower scene where a woman approaches him. The teaser introduces fans to novelist Greer Garrison Winbury (Nicole Kidman) and Tag Winbury (Liev Schreiber), who discuss their marriage. The series is set against the backdrop of a wedding, but events take a dramatic turn when a body is found at the couple’s beachside property.

The official synopsis reads: “Amelia Sachs is about to marry into one of Nantucket’s wealthiest families. Her future mother-in-law, renowned novelist Greer Garrison Winbury, leaves no stone unturned in planning this season’s first wedding — until a body is found on the beach. As secrets are revealed, the stage is set for a real-life investigation that seems taken from the pages of one of Greer’s novels. Suddenly, everyone is a suspect.”

After Ishaan shared the video, his father Rajesh Khattar reacted in the comments section and wrote, “Wow.” His Pippa co-star Soni Razdan wrote, “Wow can’t wait.” His alleged girlfriend Chandni Banj reacted to the video and wrote, “What a teaser.”

Earlier, in an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, the actor had shared details about his character and said, “It’s an interesting role and a rare one for an Indian and South Asian actor. Hopefully, it will open new doors and will be an exciting film to watch for his audience and for us.”

The six-episode series, directed by Susanne Bier, is set to premiere on Netflix on September 5.
