The Odyssey Box Office Day 3: Nolan’s film scripts the biggest opening weekend in India
Director Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey has crossed the Rs 70 crore mark in India in its opening weekend. The three-day run also made it the director’s biggest opener in the country.

Odissi’s Sunday earnings were 0.5 per cent lower than Saturday’s, when it had collected Rs 22 crore nett. Its total Bharat net collection after three days was estimated at Rs 61.30 crore.
Its total gross collection in India is now estimated at Rs 73.19 crore, making Christopher Nolan’s epic fantasy adventure film cross the Rs 70 crore mark in its opening weekend.
Starting its theatrical journey with an impressive collection of Rs 17.40 crore on Friday, odyssey It recorded strong gains on Saturday to collect an estimated Rs 22 crore (Rs 26.27 crore gross) before matching those figures on Sunday.

India Today in its review odysseywrote, “Nolan and his team create images that feel monumental without ever losing sight of the characters at their center. The score is equally spectacular, not just accompanying the scenes but breathing life into them, heightening the heartbreak, triumph and suspense with every note.”
The film also stars Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Jon Bernthal, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron and Mia Goth.
