John Abraham’s latest film, The Diplomat, is showing a strong box office performance, earning Rs 4.5 crore on its second day – 12.5 percent growth from its inauguration, according to industry tracker Ceconilk.

The film, which started with Rs 4 crore on March 14, was with the Holi Festival, which may have contributed to its initial voting of only 20.45 percent of the occupation. However, further of the weekend, business analysts are expected to further promote the collection.

After two collections of the day, the film is now Rs 8.5 crore at the box office.

Directed by Shivam Nair, The Diplomat is a political thriller who has attained a positive word-mouth. If the trend continues, it may prove to be one of the strong box office artists of Abraham in recent years.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal’s shadow remains a crowd-turner even after 30 days in theaters, which indicates the interest of the audience despite the new release.
