The doors of fashion are open! We’re kicking off February 2026 with an in-depth and closer look at The Devil Wears Prada 2. The comedy drama film is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, starring Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt returning in some of their most iconic roles. The trailer shared on Sunday night gave a glimpse of what fans of the series can look forward to at the May premiere.

In the clip released, Miranda Priestly, editor-in-chief of fashion magazine Runway, will attempt to revive her business in the struggling print media industry. Andrea Sachs is working with him again, trying to mediate the differences between her boss and former co-worker Emily Charlton, who used to be her assistant but has since moved to a higher executive position at a luxury brand whose advertising money her boss likes.
It marks the return of Runway World as Andy is appointed as the new features editor at the magazine. With so much at stake, Miranda and Emily go at each other in their own ways, but a more confident Andy fights his way through them, this time holding his own. However, their mentalities collide and so do their personalities, raising the stakes as to who will ultimately help whom.

It is known that Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Tracy Thomas and Tibor Feldman have reprized their roles from the previous film, the original film released in 2006, and which has become a cult favorite.
Backed by 20th Century Studios, The Devil Wears Prada 2 will be released in theaters on May 1, 2026.
