The aircraft was scheduled to depart from Shenzhen Baon International Airport for Shanghai Hongkiao International Airport in China at 5.45 pm local time. However, due to this incident other passengers were asked to get off the aircraft, only two hours later to prepare it.

The company said in a statement, “Shenzhen Airlines try its best to protect the legal rights of both the passengers and its employees. We ask the passengers to follow the rules and make their journeys in a civilized manner.”

It is not clear what punishment they will get but the police have started an investigation.
