"The conversation with Hamas will only be under the fire": Netanyahu

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that the wave of fatal attacks on Gaza was “only the beginning” of Israel’s action in the Palestinian region.

Netanyahu said at a television address, “Hamas has already felt the strength of our arm in 24 hours. And I want to promise you- and that- it is only the beginning.”

“From now on, the conversation will only be under the fire,” he said, “military pressure is necessary for the release of additional hostages”.

According to the Health Ministry in Hamas-Run area, Tuesday’s strike, more than 400 people have died in the Gaza Strip since the effectiveness of a Trus in January.

Israel vowed to fight until the return of all the hostages seized by Palestinian terrorists during the October 2023 attack, which gave birth to war.

Of the 251 hostages seized during the Hamas attack, 58 are still held in Gaza, with 34 Israeli army say that they have died.

Hamas, who has not yet responded to military, accused Israel of trying to force it to “surrender”.

Countries around the United Nations and the world condemned the attacks, while the families of the Israeli hostages begged with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to prevent violence, fearing the fate of their loved ones.

During his evening address, Netanyahu denied the allegations that re -starting the attacks in Gaza was inspired by domestic political concerns.

“I heard that commentators are spreading lies in the media, such as IDF’s (military) recommendations and action are inspired by political views,” he said.

He said, “They have no shame. They have no red line. They just resonate the promotion of Hamas again and again.”

Netanyahu’s critics accused him that he wished to continue the war for his own political existence, regardless of the lives of the hostages held in Gaza.

The Prime Minister has so far refused to set up a National Inquiry Commission in Hamas’s October 7 attack, while his dialect had threatened to bring Israel into deep political crisis to dismiss a top security officer.
