Actor-YouTube Prajakta Koli recently raised his support to families affected by a tragedy in Nepal. He also announced to cancel his travel plans in the country.

The Prajakta shared an emotional note on his Instagram story, which said, “What happened in Nepal is really shocking. At such a time, any form of celebration seems inappropriate. My heart goes out for the families of those who were really eager to be there and meet everyone, but now you will see all.”

Actor Manisha Koirala also strongly opposed the violence against General-Z protests in Nepal. He shared a picture of a shoe, perhaps from the scene where the protest took place. The actor captioned, “Today is a black day for Nepal – when bullets react to people’s voice, demand resentment and justice against corruption.”

Manisha is known for her prestigious roles in films like ‘Dil Se’, ‘Bombay’, and ‘1942: A Love Story’, recently depicted in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix series ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazar’.

Recently, Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli stepped down Amidst mass protests in the Himalayan nation. The political crisis has inspired the Nepali army to take steps to maintain orders within the country.

Home Minister Ramesh Lakhk, Agriculture Minister Ramnath Adhikari, Youth and Sports Minister Teju Lal Chaudhary, and Water Minister Pradeep Yadav are among those leaders who have resigned so far. The resignation came in the form of protesters, inspired by General Zars’s anger on a large -scale social media ban, defined curfew and collided with security forces.

According to reports, unrest in Nepal has so far claimed at least 22 lives, while hundreds of people have been injured in violence starting on Monday.
