As they say, relationships where people shine together, grow together! This appears to be the case with Selena Gomez and her boyfriend Benny Blanco. Both people are really happy with their individual achievements and praise each other for it. A similar example happened when the songstress talked about including the music producer in the Sexiest Man Alive issue.
Speaking on the topic during an interview with CBS Sunday Morning on November 30, Gomez said, “He’s my man!” Praising Blanco, the singer said she felt “beyond proud” to know that there was someone in the world who truly cared about every little thing about her.
The Heart Wants What It Wants singer said that having someone who supported him, encouraged, inspired, brought him joy and more than anything the music producer is his “best friend”. He added, “I’m really, really lucky.”
Blanco has previously described his girlfriend as his best friend. They previously told People magazine that they are both morning people and they get up very early and it’s like their moment before the world wakes up. The musician expressed, “I have a true best friend with whom I get to do everything in the world, and every day is the best day of my life.”
Ever since the two made their relationship public, they have been giving us major couple goals. Be it sharing cute photos on social media, opening up about each other during interviews, or celebrating occasions together.
Speaking of which, they both shined during this year’s Halloween as they decided to go with the theme of Alice in Wonderland, where Gomez transformed into the title character of the venture and her boyfriend transformed into the Mad Hatter. The singer shared a carousel post on her Instagram handle where the two posed together.
