Thamma Box Office 3rd Friday: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna starrer slips to Rs 50 lakh, Qum crosses Rs 120 crore mark

Thamma entered its third weekend today and collected Rs. 50 lakhs. The decline with new releases is quite understandable; However, it should have been organized in a better way. This new low suggests that the film is now nearing its dramatic end. Thamma’s running total is slightly less than Q Rs. The figure of 120 crores. The film made Rs. 102 crore in the initial week of 10 days, followed by Rs. 17 crores in the second week.

Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the vampire comedy drama should register a good jump tomorrow and collect at least Rs. 1 crore. The film should surpass the lifetime theatrical performance of MHCU’s debut film, Stree, in the coming week and then move towards its ultimate target, which is around Rs. More than 130 crores.

Although the figures are decent considering the cast and cost involved, the film should have done better considering the brand and IP value. Shakti Shalini’s next film in the horror comedy world is starring Aneet Padda, which will be followed by Bhediya 2 and Stree 3.
