Thalapathy Vijay’s last film will be directed by H Vinoth, confirms filmmaker
Thalapathy Vijay will bid adieu to films after his 69th film. At a recent award show, director H Vinoth confirmed that he will direct his last film before becoming a full-time politician.
Thalapathy Vijay’s last film as an actor will be directed by H Vinoth. The ‘Thunivu’ director first confirmed the news at an awards ceremony in Chennai. Vijay will complete his 69th film and Say goodbye to cinema To become a full time politician completely. At Magudam Awards, director H Vinoth also revealed the genre of the film and shared a few words about Thalapathy Vijay and Ajith Kumar.
H. Vinoth was one of the guests at the awards ceremony held in Chennai on August 15. He shared the stage with BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) member Annamalai and director Vasanth Sai.
Speaking at the event, H. Vinoth confirmed that He will direct Thalapathy Vijay’s last filmHe further added that ‘Thalapathy 69’ will be a commercial film and not a political film as was being speculated.
The ‘Valimai’ director also spoke about Vijay and Ajith. He called Ajith an ‘abstract thinking person’ while Vijay a ‘simple thinking person’.
An official announcement about the cast and crew of ‘Thalapathy 69’ is expected soon.
Talking about work, Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘GOAT’ or ‘The Greatest of All Time’. This action drama directed by Venkat Prabhu stars Thalapathy Vijay, Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Sneha and Laila in lead roles.
‘GOAT’ is scheduled to air Grand release in cinemas on 5th September The trailer of the film will be released on August 17 at 5 pm.
