Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT: Director Venkat Prabhu drops big hints in film’s trailer, says ‘nobody has decoded it’

Thalapathy Vijay’s much-awaited film, The Greatest of All Time, is finally counting down the days for its grand theatrical release. It will hit the silver screens across India on September 5, 2024. While the actor’s handsome look in the film has already created a craze, director Venkat Prabhu recently shared some tidbits about what the audience can expect from the film after watching it.

In a recent interview with the media, filmmaker Venkat Prabhu answered several curious questions about his upcoming release, The Greatest of All Time, which stars Thalapathy Vijay in a bold and action-packed role. He revealed what the audience can expect from the film.

Venkat Prabhu explained, “I challenge you that you cannot predict the next scene, and you cannot tell which direction the film is going to take. It will be like Mankatha on steroids.”

Furthermore, the filmmaker revealed that he had given a big hint about the genre of the film in the trailer, but none of the audience was able to guess and understand it correctly. However, Venkat Prabhu assured that GOAT will be quite easy to understand and will be immensely loved.

He said, “I had given away this style in the trailer itself but nobody decoded it correctly… The film will not be confusing and it will be easily understandable and likeable.”

That’s not all. Venkat Prabhu revealed that GOAT will be a very fast-paced film. However, when compared to his previous film Mankatha starring Ajith, which had no emotions at all, this one won’t be the same.

Venkat Prabhu revealed how GOAT will be different from Mankatha, “It will be a very fast paced film.. and I didn’t touch many emotions in Mankatha.. it was a completely boys’ film.. but this film is a slice of life of a family man.”

For those who don’t know, one of Thalapathy Vijay’s last films before entering politics will be The Greatest of All Time.
