Indian hospital chain Manipal Health Enterprises filed for its initial public offering on Tuesday, betting on growing demand for specialty medical care in the country.
The Temasek-backed hospital chain operator plans to raise 80 billion rupees ($852.24 million) through a fresh issue of shares, while existing investors plan to sell 43.2 million shares, according to its draft prospectus.
