Popular internet personality and Telugu actor, Prasad Behera has been arrested in Hyderabad after his female co-star accused her of sexual harassment. The victim in her complaint highlighted how the ex had attacked her several times before, and targeted her with objectionable comments and inappropriate touches.

Based on reports, Prasad was working in the same show Pelivarmandi as the victim, which is where it all started. The Telugu actor misbehaved with her by touching her inappropriately during an incident on the sets of the show.

As a result, the female co-star decided to withdraw from the show. However, Prasad didn’t let that happen and apologized to her in an attempt to mend things between them.

While the two reconciled and then worked on another project titled Mechanic, it was again here when Prasad Behera was on its sets.

The social media personality allegedly insulted the actress with illicit comments and objectionable comments, demeaning her appearance and character. He even tried to forcefully get physically close to her.

Things reached a certain limit when Prasad attacked the victim on December 11, when she was returning home after work.

Left with no other option, the female star immediately sought help from the police and filed a complaint against him.

As a result Prasad Behera was arrested and sent to judicial custody for 14 days. What is quite interesting is that no comment or statement has been issued by the actor yet on this matter.

In fact, there is no word yet from the makers of the show Mechanic where the two were currently working together when such an unfortunate incident created a stir.
