Tecno Camon 40s sits above the 40 premiere Camon series, offering features like premium at a cheaper price. Last year’s Camon 30 premiere outstanding an excellent phone, so we also have high expectations for Camon 40 premiere.
The new premiere comes with an updated chipset, now demism 8350, a display with a high fresh rate, a good construction with a good construction and a slightly updated battery. In addition, Camon 40 premiere is now promised to receive three major OS upgrade, as was just two against two.

The newly updated hardware will go well with correct and tested one which is borrowed from Camon 30 premiere. We get the same 50mp triple-camera setup, which features a 50MP selfie unit with 3x optical zoom and autofocus. We do not expect any major changes in image quality, which is fine – Camon 30 premiere has already been punched over its weight class in this regard.
Even though the Camon 40 premiere size is an excellent midworder, its limited availability can damage sales. The Camon 40 series was announced in February during MWC 2025, and we are now well in 2025, yet the phones are still introduced only in a handful of markets.
