Travis Kails and Taylor Swift are engaged, and Tight End’s father, Ed Cels shared new details about the intimate offer. Ed told the radio host of Jimmy and Nath’s show with Emma and News 5 Kauraland that Travis asked Taylor to marry her at the house of the couple, in a private garden moment that he kept quiet about the family until he announced it on Instagram.
Travis Kels obtained permission for Scott Swift
Ed Kellas said that for the first time, Travis sought permission from Taylor’s father Scott Swift about a month before the proposal. “I was talking to Scott Swift, and Travis went to seek permission from him,” said Ed. Scott allegedly “urged the Travis to complete it,” asking, “Oh, let’s, when are you going to do?” Ed echoed the advice: “Asking him if you are going to make it special. Not where you do it.”
The couple revealed their engagement with a carousel of photographs showing the proposal. An image shows Taylor Swift a large old mine in magnificent-cut diamond set yellow gold. The ring was designed by Travis with a jeweler Kindrade Lubeck of Artifax Fine Jewelery. Jewelry experts have since estimated the value of the ring, which ranges from hundreds of thousands to potential dollars. Ed Kels said, “I don’t know how much I want to say but I don’t care”.
Ed shared a timidline of incidents. He said that Travis planned a large production before a football visit to Brazil, but changed the course after family talks. “Travis had a plan to do it … and there was a big production from somewhere,” Ed said. “But Scott said,” Just complete it. Don’t worry about a particular date. Just you are ready. You have got the ring. “Go.”
Ed described the scene: Taylor and Travis stepped into the garden for a glass of wine before dinner. Flowers and decorations were installed, in which the assistants were hidden nearby, so that moment remained private. “It was all decorated by people who helped to exclude the travis,” Ed said. He also recalled a facetime where family members learned the news. “He asked me and his mother and his people to ensure that everyone knows.”
Ed confirmed that the house was proposed in the couple’s shares in the canns city area, and kept it calm, while Taylor promoted their album. He said that the family expected engagement because “we have never seen our children happy.”
Did the proposal mean a big show?
Ed said that Travis considered a major event, even probably gave it time with Super Bowl, but eventually chose an intimate moment. “Asking him is going to make it special,” said Ed. Family members of both sides soon appeared, and team fellow and fans sent congratulations quickly after the announcement of Instagram.
