TATA will consider raising funds to existing investors at a board meeting on Tuesday, Tata Capital’s non -banking finance arm of Tata Group worth $ 165 billion, the company said in a stock exchange notice.
There is also a board meeting for the rights issue as the company is preparing an initial public offer of more than Rs 15,000 crore to comply with the rules of the Reserve Bank India (RBI) to make a list of their shares by September. 2025.
Tata Sons accounts for 93% of the Tata capital. In December, ET reported that the company started the IPO process and appointed Kotak Mahindra Bank as an investment banker.
Earlier this month, the company said it was also planning to collect Rs 15,000 crore by issuing green bonds and non-convertible debentures.
