Tanishq Bagchi revealed
Music composer Tanishq Bagchi was depressed while creating the title track of ‘Siarra’. In an interview, he opened his struggle with mental health and being on medicine during his composition.

Music composer Tanishq Bagchi opened his fight with depression during the construction of the track titled ‘Siara’. The song, characteristic of actor Ahaan Pandey and Aitit Dadda, has emerged as a massive hit. Talking openly in an interview, Bagchi also said that the song turned out to be medical after preparing himself, cured his mental health.
In an interview with Bollywood hungryBaghchi said, “I was in depression while making ‘Sera’. I was on medicine every day, struggling to sleep. It was success, but still I could not explain a emptiness. I had a house, a career, everything – but the sadness stopped.”
He shared that his co-star, including Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah, also faced their own sets of challenges. “Arslan (Nizami) was undergoing family issues, was Faheem (Abdullah) examination, and Mohit (Suri) Sir will open with me. We were all taking anything heavy, and we shared it with each other.
The music composer additionally admitted that the song ‘Siara’ made him heal. “We never used to leave to make a hit. We just wanted it to be real, honest. No drama, no fake. When it was done, I heard it on the loop. First, for the first time, my own song started fixing me. When I knew I knew it would also fix others,” he said.

Earlier, in an interview with India Today, Bagchi dismissed allegations of literary theft around ‘Siara’. He said, “Whatever I do, people will have to say something because they (not better to do anything). They are looking for opportunities to keep me down.”
Claiming the originality of the song, the composer said, “The best thing is that it is an original Hindi song, a pure Hindi song. There is no cooperation with foreign artists; everyone is connected, developed at home, so it is a big achievement for me.”
The top 50 of the track Spotify titled ‘Siara’ reached India and number 4 at number 4 globally. The film directed by Mohit Suri hit theaters on 18 July.
