Tamil actor Jeeva’s car met with an accident in Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu. According to reports, he was going to Kallakurichi with his wife Supriya. The bumper of his luxury car got damaged in this accident. While they were on their way, a two-wheeler came in the middle, after which their car hit the barricade. Jeeva and Supriya suffered minor injuries in this accident.

Police officials from Chinna Salem police station reached the spot and began investigation. They seized the badly damaged car and took it to the police station.

Jeeva arranged for a new car and left with his wife Surpiya. A crowd gathered around the car and the actor looked angry and started shouting at the people who made comments.

Jeeva got into controversy when he lost his temper when a journalist asked him about the Hema Committee report. A video of this went viral on social media.

When asked about the Hema Committee report, Jeeva said, “I have also heard about it. It is wrong.” The actor added, “We had the first part of #MeToo and now the second part has come. Now people are openly naming them (abusers). It is wrong. We should create a healthy environment in cinema.”

Actor Jeeva was last seen in the Telugu film Yatra 2, a biopic based on the life of the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. According to reports, he will next be seen in the Tamil film Methavi and the Telugu film Kannappa.
