Surya and Trisha Krishnan RJ Balaji’s next film are ready for reunion after 20 years. The project, which was rich as Suria 45, has now unveiled its formal title on the occasion of the filmmaker’s birthday.
Suriya 45 locks title as Karuppu
Taking X, Dream Warrior Pictures dropped the new poster of the film, which has a partial glimpse of Suriya’s character in the film. He can be seen putting a weapon in his hand while standing in the middle of the mysterious surroundings.
With the post, the makers declared the formal title of the film as Karuppu, a name that symbolizes all aspects of the film.
He wrote, “With pride and enthusiasm, we present the title of #Suriya 45: ‘Karuppu’. A name that shapes the soul of our story with heart, soul and purpose.

Apart from Suriya and Trisha Krishnan, the film will also include a cloth actors, including Sashiwada, Swasika, Yogi Babu, Indran, Natty Submenium and others.
Sai Abhayankkar has been planted as music composer for the film, AR Rahman has been replaced as an initial option. The film is based on a story written by RJ Balaji and Rathna Kumar.
Suriya’s work in front
Karuppu has made a new penetration in front of Suriya’s films. The actor has kicked another project with Venky Ataluri as a director, where Mamita Baiju is playing the lead woman.
The actor was last seen in the film retro, which failed to leave an impression at the box office. Earlier, his second film, Kangwa, also met with similar disappointing luck.
