Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari: Varun Dhawan secretly records Maniesh Paul ahead of Udaipur schedule; later promises to take revenge with his own ‘secret video’

Since the announcement of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s film Tulsi Kumar of Sunny SanskariThe buzz has started even before the shooting of the film has begun. Now Varun has reached Udaipur to start shooting with his co-star Maniesh Paul and their fun banter is already going viral. Varun captured Maniesh at the airport, after which Maniesh jokingly warned Varun about releasing a “Khufiya” video, which entertained the fans.

Earlier today (September 1), Varun Dhawan shared a story on Instagram in which Maniesh Paul is seen reading a book while relaxing on a couch in the airport lounge. In his usual fun-loving style, Varun asked Maniesh if he is planning to ‘attack people’ after reading the book. Maniesh jokingly replied that he is thinking about it now. After Varun posted the video, Maniesh jokingly shared it again and wrote, “Hahaha ab mere tere khupa video banaoge.”

Maniesh Paul also posted a picture with Varun Dhawan, in which both of them looked stylish. Varun was wearing a yellow and white striped shirt with glasses, while Maniesh was wearing a black T-shirt and matching jacket. Both of them gave great poses in front of the camera and Maniesh captioned the photo, “And then we begin again!”

Earlier, Pinkvilla had exclusively reported that Akshay Oberoi has reportedly joined Shashank Khaitan’s upcoming film Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari where he will play a key supporting role alongside Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. A source revealed, “Akshay Oberoi has joined Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari alongside Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. He will play one of the key supporting roles.”

The film promises to be a colourful family entertainer with a romantic twist, also starring Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. The source describes the project as a classic Dharma production, full of love, music and an impressive cast who stay true to the studio’s vibrant and grand storytelling.

Meanwhile, Sunny Sanskari’s Tulsi Kumari is written and directed by the famous Dulhania franchise director Shashank Khaitan. The film is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan. The film will release in theatres on April 18, 2025.
